Short, guided practices with progress they can see.
See Beyond Marks. Discover the Whole Child. Develop What Matters for Life.
Because every child is more than a report card.
Every student has strengths to discover, challenges to understand, and capabilities to develop. Santulan helps schools turn that understanding into meaningful support—year after year.

Schools already invest in student wellbeing. That work can become more systematic.
The developmental journey is hard to follow across years: what was noticed, what support was given, and what changed.

Declaration. These figures are the combined, cumulative experience of the whole team behind Santulan, built up across their careers. They are not Santulan platform users or results from the Santulan platform.
Reach, not efficacy. Totals are self-reported by team members for their own programmes (see Team) and counted by reach, not unique students.
Watch the institutional story.
The institutional film explains the problem Santulan is designed to solve, and how individual development signals become coordinated support and institutional insight.
Questions leaders ask first
Is Santulan a diagnostic or clinical tool?
No. Santulan is developmental, not diagnostic. It shows current capability patterns and development priorities, and never replaces the judgement of teachers or counsellors.
Who sees what?
Each role sees only what it needs. Students see their own profile, teachers and parents get practical guidance, counsellors see authorised context, and leadership sees aggregated cohort patterns, never individual students.
How much time does it ask of students and staff?
Indicatively about 60 minutes per student assessment and a short structured activity inside an existing period for class teachers. Exact time is confirmed in your institution plan before any contract.
Can students or parents sign up on this website?
No. Santulan is delivered through institutions, so students and parents are invited by their school or college.
What is the evidence status today?
Early-stage. The seven-domain framework is defined and the Santulan Assessments engine is built; pilot data comes first, then independent validation. Status is published openly on the Framework page.
Does Santulan replace teachers or counsellors?
Never. The platform provides structure and visibility; people provide context, judgement and care.
