Signature story

Connecting Youth on Wheels. In 2017 Shrawan rode solo across 40 cities in India and Bhutan on a motorcycle. Under his Connecting Youth on Wheels (CYW) initiative he delivered more than 80 seminars on strategies to help youth be emotionally intelligent and happily successful in life. A magazine feature, “Motorcycle Diaries”, covered the ride and what he tells students about bullying and relationships.

Expertise

  • Emotional intelligence and emotional fitness
  • Handling stress and anxiety
  • Building resilience
  • Bullying and relationship conversations
  • NLP-based coaching and communication
  • Youth seminars and keynotes
  • Author, I Am You

What a school gets

  • Student sessions on emotional fitness: stress, anxiety and resilience, in plain, practical language.
  • Honest conversations on bullying and relationships.
  • A story students can hold on to: the 40-city ride gives each session a narrative anchor.
  • A natural opening act for Santulan: the session starts the conversation, then the school’s counsellor and teachers continue it.

In his words

Mission

To democratize emotional intelligence and make emotional fitness accessible, practical, and impactful for everyone.

Vision

A world where emotional well-being is prioritized as much as physical health, fostering deeply resilient communities.

Why Shrawan leads for Santulan

A school seminar usually ends when the speaker leaves. Shrawan brings the energy and the story that get students to engage; Santulan gives that session a place in a continuing development journey, with follow-up. His mission of making emotional fitness practical matches what Santulan builds in Emotional Capability and Adaptability & Resilience.

Where Shrawan fits in Santulan

  • Student

Skill-building sessions that give students language and tools for the domains their school is working on.

Boundary. Sessions build awareness and skills. They are not counselling, assessment or diagnosis. A student who needs more support is referred to the school counsellor through the school’s own route.

How we introduce our experts

Experience, stated plainly

Each profile shows what the person has actually done, in their own figures. Reach and experience are never presented as Santulan outcomes.

A clear role

We say where each expert fits: which stakeholder they support and which of Santulan’s seven domains their work touches.

A clear boundary

Experts build skills and strengthen practice. They do not diagnose, and Santulan results are never used as labels.

How the research team contributes

A cycle that keeps improving Santulan.

  1. 1

    Validate the assessment tool

Check how the tool performs on pilot data.

  2. 2

    Develop interventions and practices

Turn findings into practices that students, teachers and parents can use.

  3. 3

    Turn data into real-world application

Make results usable in classrooms, homes and counselling rooms.

  4. 4

    Build the Capability Labs

Put the practices into the Student, Parent and Teacher Capability Labs.

New data comes in, and the cycle starts again.

The team grows as experts join.

Every new expert is introduced on this page in the same way: their experience, their expertise, their role in Santulan and the boundary of that role.
